AAA Cooper Transportation Selects OPEN SCAN
Dothan, AL – January 4, 2011 – AAA Cooper Transportation (ACT), a regional less-than-truckload (LTL) freight hauler, has joined other transportation industry leaders in selecting OPEN SCAN’s Receivable Process Management software solution. ACT serves 12 southeastern states and Puerto Rico plus the industrial areas of Chicago, Cincinnati, Louisville and Minneapolis. The company operates 81 terminals, and the company's fleet includes approximately 2,000 tractors and 6,000 trailers.
Accounts receivable process management tends to be a costly and time consuming process. Traditional approaches have not kept up with advancements in technology and it creates inefficiencies in the process. OPEN SCAN’s solution, will provide AAA Cooper Transportation the ability to gain greater controls, achieve higher hit rate accuracy, faster cash application, deduction identification and coding, an integrated payment workflow, and more efficient and timely collections activity.
